Enjoy a series of talks from four of our best-loved food writers this September at Spring, Skye Gyngell’s acclaimed restaurant in the New Wing of Somerset House, as part of its first Food Writers Festival. 

Taking place in Spring’s bright foliage-filled Salon, the talks will begin at 2 PM and include a light ‘Scratch’ afternoon tea, made from ingredients typically thrown away, and selection of house-made cordials and soft drinks for guests to enjoy alongside the lively discussion. Lasting around two hours, the intimate event will include readings from the author’s books, a discussion surrounding the author’s chosen topic, before opening the floor to a Q&A.

The festival is a continuation of the restaurant's popular Salon Series events, which sees like-minded individuals engage in discussions on topics close to Skye’s and Spring’s ethos.
