Dickie’s Bar, by chef Richard Corrigan and The Dead Rabbit's Gregory Buda was voted the World’s Best Bar in 2016. Set to open this winter, located in the iconic Corrigan’s Mayfair restaurant, Dickie’s Bar will be a late night bar showcasing a drinks list inspired by complex flavour compositions, using seasonal ingredients largely sourced from Richard Corrigan’s garden and farm in Ireland, which focuses on bio horticulture.
